Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already been processed for shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible, and you will need to follow our standard return procedure after receiving the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including but not limited to personal care products, intimate apparel, and perishable goods. Custom-made or personalized items may also be exempt from returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact processing time may vary depending on your financial institution. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

If you received a gift that you wish to return, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit. The store credit will be sent to the original purchaser's email address and can be used for future purchases on our website.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as some institutions require additional processing time. If you still have not received your refund after this period, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues.

In cases where a refund is processed but not received, we may require you to provide documentation from your financial institution confirming that the refund was not credited to your account. This helps us trace the transaction and resolve the issue efficiently.
